Faith, service and practical development.
Grace Impact Global Foundation was established from a desire to translate compassion into organised, sustainable community impact.
Who we are
Compassion expressed through practical service
Grace Impact Global Foundation is a faith-driven, non-profit organisation dedicated to restoring hope, strengthening people and communities and creating pathways for sustainable development.
Our work is grounded in the conviction that compassion must be expressed through practical service, and that empowerment is more sustainable when people are equipped with knowledge, resources, relationships and opportunities. We serve with a people-centred approach, seeking to identify real needs, mobilise resources responsibly and develop initiatives that can produce meaningful and lasting outcomes.
The Foundation brings together faith, service, leadership and practical development to address needs affecting individuals, families and communities. As it grows, it aims to build partnerships with development organisations, professionals, philanthropists, volunteers and community stakeholders who share a commitment to human dignity and sustainable transformation.

Our founder
Raising leaders who are equipped to serve
Grace Impact Global Foundation was founded by Apostle A.A. Austin, a Ghanaian apostolic and prophetic minister, international relations analyst, strategic leadership and management consultant and mentor, with a passion for empowering people spiritually, professionally and strategically.
He is the Head Pastor of Grace House Prophetic Chapel International, where he provides apostolic and prophetic leadership with a strong emphasis on biblical teaching, prayer, spiritual empowerment, healing, deliverance, evangelism and the development of Kingdom-minded leaders.
Beyond pastoral ministry, Apostle Austin has extensive interests and experience in strategic management, leadership and organisational development, finance and ministerial training. He is the founder and leader of initiatives focused on Christian leadership and human development, including the African Institute for Christian Leadership & Theology (AICLT), where he serves as Founding President and works to equip pastors, ministers and emerging leaders with biblical knowledge, practical ministry skills and leadership capacity.
His leadership philosophy brings together faith, strategic thinking, leadership excellence and community transformation. Through his ministry and leadership initiatives, he seeks to raise people who are spiritually grounded, purpose-driven, competent and equipped to make a positive impact in their families, communities, churches and wider society.
His vision for the Foundation
As founder, Apostle Austin extends this vision into practical community development, humanitarian service, education, family support, health and wellness, leadership development and community empowerment. The Foundation reflects his commitment to seeing individuals and communities “empowered by grace to reach their full potential and impact the world.”
His vision is to carry the values of faith, compassion, leadership development and community service beyond the walls of the local church and into communities where practical support and empowerment are needed: through programmes that restore dignity, unlock potential, strengthen families, support education, develop leaders and respond to humanitarian needs.
Lasting impact cannot be achieved alone. Join the vision.
We welcome individuals, churches, businesses and development partners who share our commitment to human dignity and sustainable transformation.
